Q. Why are the participating bars and club names not advertised?
A. Nightly venues vary, and are not advertised in order to maintain confidentiality agreements, and quality control. Venue and check-in details are provided with tickets & booking confirmation.
Q. What are the bars and clubs like?
A. For check-in all events begin in a venue with a relatively calm atmosphere, and then become more exciting and energetic as the night proceeds.
Q. How many others will be attending the event?
A. The maximum varies depending on the particular date, but usually 50-60 maximum attendees can join.
Q. At what time does the event arrive at the final venue?
A. Event duration is approximately 3 hours until arrival at the final location.
Q. Can I arrive late to the event?
A. Unfortunately late admissions cannot be accommodated.
Q. Is there a dress code?
A. This depends on the particular event. If an event includes a dress code the attendees will be warned in advance.
Q. What is the minimum age to attend? Do I need to bring ID?
A. All attendees must be 20+ years of age. Be certain to bring ID.
Q. Do you cancel if it rains? 
A. Events proceed “rain or shine.” Please check the weather forecast in advance and prepare accordingly.
Q. Is transportation provided from each venue to the next?
A. Transportation is not necessary. Each venue is within brief walking distance of the next.
Q. What is your cancellation/refund policy?
A. Cancellations may be requested no later than 48 hours prior to the event date (12:00am local time) in order to be eligible for transfer or refund. Bookings created within 48 hours of the event date are non-transferable/non-refundable. Note: Eventbrite ticket fees are non-refundable. Discounted “Early bird” tickets are non-refundable.
